These experiences and her transformative journey led her down the path from being defined by her external environment to an internal definition and locus of control that transformed her life from feeling powerless to empowered, providing a unique perspective and foundation for her work. Today, Suzette leverages these insights to assist other leaders in building up resilient humans and workplaces.
Suzette West is a leadership and team coherence coach who specializes in heart-coherent leadership and capacity-building for team coherence. She works with senior leaders, community leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, and managers who lead teams and drive organizational alignment.
With a coaching approach rooted in heart coherence, Suzette helps leaders cultivate emotional resilience, clarity, and presence, enabling them to navigate high-stakes challenges confidently.
Her clients experience greater emotional self-regulation, improved decision-making, and deeper trust and engagement within their teams. By cultivating heart coherence, she helps leaders equip themselves with the tools to de-escalate conflicts, bridge divides, and align their teams toward shared goals with greater ease and effectiveness. Suzette is a HeartMath® Certified Coach, Mentor & Trainer (BPR, AHT), a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), a Master Certified Professional Coach (MCPC), and a Certified HeartMath Wellness Assessment Provider. She is also pursuing a master’s in Transformative Social Change at Saybrook University and intends to pursue a Ph.D. in the program.
